Cancer Horoscope Today
June 21 – July 22 · Kark Rashi in Vedic astrology
Your soft heart wants to rush, but the facts want a second look
Slow down on what you thought was settled, because a small mistake is hiding in it. Recheck one message or document before you send it, and wait a day before any big purchase or promise.
Love
An old flame or an old argument may resurface. Reply to it with curiosity, but wait before promising anything new, because Venus is still walking backward.
Career
Mercury going backward in your work area means a message or file needs rechecking. Reread the numbers in that one report before sending it on.
Family
With Mars in your sign, you answer family quickly and a little sharply, and a relative you live with may feel it. Let them finish their sentence before you fix their problem.
Reread the message you thought was finished before you send it.
Read the full reading
Your mind loops back to old plans and old messages, and you keep rereading the same lines. That is not a flaw, because the sky is built for it. Mercury is moving backward in Libra, the sign of your career and public life, so emails, contracts and promises need a second pass. Venus is also moving backward in Libra, which makes old feelings and old money questions resurface. Mars sits in your own sign, Cancer, giving you drive, but it is late in the sign and a little short on patience. The pull is to push a decision through while your energy is high. What serves you is reopening one thing you thought was done, because a small error is waiting there. The Moon in Leo, thin and fading, asks you to rest your pride and let the quiet hours work.
Money
Venus backing up suggests a past purchase or bill returns for attention. Look for a charge you forgot, and hold off on buying anything big.
Health
Cancer rules the chest and stomach, and Mars is in your sign, so tension lands there. Eat slowly, and skip the heavy late meal.

Tithi and nakshatra are read at sunrise, so they differ by where you are. Compute the day for your city:
Where Cancer’s ruler is today
Cancer is ruled by Moon, and today Moon sits at 18°06′ Leo, in the nakshatra Purva Phalguni (pada 2).
That is a real sidereal position for 4 November 2026, not a description of the sign in general — which is the difference between a horoscope written against the sky and one written against a calendar. In your own chart Moon also has a house and a natal sign, and those are what decide whether today’s position lands as opportunity or as friction.
How this is written
This reading is generated each morning against the sky as it actually is — the live positions of every planet, computed by the Swiss Ephemeris, not a template rotated through the year. It describes the sign, so it is the same for everyone with the Sun in Cancer. Positions here are sidereal (Vedic, Lahiri ayanamsa): measured against the fixed stars, they sit about 24° behind the tropical positions Western sites quote, which is why the same planet can be "in Leo" here and "in Virgo" there — both are the same spot in the real sky.
A reading built from your whole chart — your Moon, your rising sign and eight more placements — says something different, and often something opposite. That one needs your birth details.
