A knight lies in effigy on a church tomb, hands in prayer, three swords hung on the wall above and one laid beneath him. He is not dead — he is resting like it's his job, armor off, war postponed. In the stained glass behind him, a small scene of blessing. The Four of Swords is sanctioned retreat.
