Meaning

An angel sounds a trumpet from parted clouds, and below, grey figures rise from open coffins with their arms lifted — not in fear, but in answer. Judgement is the summons card: the moment a life is called to account and, in the same breath, called upward. The past is reviewed not to condemn it but to complete it.
