Email support@cosmicflow.in for help with your account, readings, payments or refunds. Include your registered email so we can find your account quickly.

Payments

For a charge that did not credit, include the payment ID from your confirmation — most issues resolve automatically within minutes via our payment webhook.

Data and deletion requests

You can delete everything yourself at any time: Settings → Delete My Account removes your profile, birth details, readings, conversations and coin history permanently. To request a copy of your data, or deletion without signing in, email support@cosmicflow.in from your registered address with the subject “Data request”. We respond within 30 days, as required under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
