Refund & Cancellation Policy

Coin purchases

Unused Cosmic Coins can be refunded within 7 days of purchase on request. Coins already spent on readings are non-refundable, since the AI reading is delivered and consumed instantly.

Failed or duplicate payments

If a payment is charged but coins or Premium are not credited, contact us — our payment webhook usually resolves this automatically within minutes, and we will always reconcile genuine discrepancies with a credit or refund.

If a reading fails

You are never charged for a reading that does not arrive. If generation fails for any reason the coins are returned to your balance automatically — a paid reading either delivers or costs you nothing.

Premium subscriptions

Premium periods are prepaid (monthly or yearly) and do not auto-renew. If you have used no Premium benefits, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase; otherwise refunds are prorated at our reasonable discretion.

How to request

Email us from your registered address with your payment reference. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
