Delete Your Account

You can delete your CosmicFlow account at any time, along with everything stored under it. You do not need to contact us first, and you do not need to give a reason.

In the app or on the web

Open Settings → Delete My Account and confirm. The deletion happens immediately — there is no waiting period and no “deactivated” state. The same option is in the same place on the website and in the Android app, because they are the same account.

If you no longer have the app

Write to support@cosmicflow.in from the email address on the account and ask us to delete it. We complete these within 7 days and reply when it is done. We will only ask you for enough to prove the account is yours — never a password, and never payment details.

What is deleted

Your profile and birth details, every reading you have generated, your conversations with the AI astrologers and the short notes derived from them, your remaining coin balance and your coin history. This is permanent and cannot be undone — a deleted account cannot be restored, and coins are not refundable once the account is gone.

What is kept, and why

Records of completed payments are kept for as long as Indian tax and accounting law requires, because we are not permitted to delete them on request. They are invoice records — amount, date, plan — and are not linked to your readings or conversations once the account is gone.

Backups are the other exception. A deleted account can persist in an encrypted backup until that backup ages out on its normal cycle; it is never restored into the live service.

Deleting a conversation without deleting the account

If you only want the chat history gone, use Settings → Clear conversation history. That erases the messages and the notes derived from them permanently and leaves the rest of your account — coins, readings and profile — untouched.
